Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use our website and services. Last updated: 21 June 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website theaiglobalinstitute.com and the educational services of The AI Global Institute(“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Vishal Raj from Siwan, Bihar, India. By using our website, contacting us, or enrolling, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are & what we offer
We are a 100% online education institute offering live, mentor-led professional training and tuition — including software development, programming, QA automation, databases, office productivity, school/college tuition, spoken English, basic computer education and related subjects. We are an independent education provider and are not a university and not an official examination or certification authority; certificates we issue are certificates of completion from our institute.
2. Eligibility & minors
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the enquiry, consent to these Terms, and take responsibility for the learner. By enrolling a minor, you confirm you are their parent or guardian.
3. Enquiries, demos & bookings
You may submit an enquiry or book a free demo class through our forms or via WhatsApp. Booking a time may create a Google Calendar event and Google Meet link sent to your email. Free demo availability is offered in good faith and may be limited.
4. Fees & payment
Course fees are discussed and agreed with you directly (we do not display fixed public prices, and flexible options may be available). Any fees, schedules, refund and cancellation terms for a specific program are agreed between you and us at the time of enrollment. Those enrollment terms apply in addition to these Terms.
5. Classes, recordings & materials
- Classes are delivered live online (1-on-1 or small group). We may record sessions and share recordings and materials with you for your personal learning use only.
- All course content, recordings, notes and materials are our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share or upload them without our written permission.
- We aim to deliver every program with genuine care, but you are responsible for your own participation, practice and effort.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- disrupt classes, harass the mentor or other learners, or behave abusively;
- share your access, recordings or materials with non-enrolled people;
- misuse the website, attempt to breach its security, or submit false information; or
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches.
7. Communications
By contacting us or providing your number, you agree we may reply by email and WhatsApp about your enquiry, classes and relevant updates. You can opt out anytime (reply STOP on WhatsApp or email us). See our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party tools
We use trusted third-party platforms — including Google Meet/Calendar, Gmail, the WhatsApp Business Platform and our hosting provider — to deliver the service. Your use of those tools is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
We are committed to real skills and honest guidance, but we do not guarantee any specific job, salary, exam result, certification or income. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort. Any examples are illustrative, not promises.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Siwan, Bihar shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
