Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information. Last updated: 21 June 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how The AI Global Institute(“we”, “us”, “our”), an online education service operated by Vishal Raj from Siwan, Bihar, India, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit theaiglobalinstitute.com, contact us, or communicate with us on WhatsApp. By using our website or messaging us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

  • Information you give us— your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, the course or subject you're interested in, your preferred time, and any message or details you choose to share through our enquiry/booking forms or by messaging us.
  • WhatsApp messages — when you contact us (or opt in to be contacted) on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number, profile name and the content of the messages you exchange with us, so we can answer questions and arrange classes.
  • Automatic technical data — basic, privacy-friendly usage and performance information (such as pages visited and device/browser type) collected by our hosting and analytics tools to keep the site fast and reliable. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
  • Local preferences — small items stored on your own device (e.g. your light/dark theme choice and app-install prompts). These stay on your device.

We do not collect online payment details on this website. Fees are discussed and arranged separately with you directly.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • To schedule your free demo class and create your Google Calendar/Google Meet invite.
  • To send you confirmations, learning materials, recordings and service updates.
  • To communicate with you on WhatsApp where you have asked us to or contacted us first.
  • To improve our website, content and the quality of our teaching.
  • To comply with applicable law and protect against fraud or misuse.

3. WhatsApp communications

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to communicate with prospective and current students. We message you only when you have contacted us or asked to be contacted. Message types may include enquiry responses, class/booking confirmations, reminders and relevant updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOPor telling us you no longer wish to be messaged. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

4. How we share information (service providers)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the service, under their own security and privacy terms:

  • Google (Google Workspace) — Gmail, Google Calendar/Meet and Google Sheets, used to email you, schedule sessions and securely log enquiries.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to deliver and receive WhatsApp messages.
  • Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly performance/analytics.
  • Amazon— some book links on our Resources page are Amazon affiliate links; if you click them, Amazon's own privacy policy applies. As an Amazon Associate we may earn from qualifying purchases.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Children's privacy

We offer tuition to school students, including minors. Where a learner is under 18, we expect a parent or legal guardian to make the enquiry, provide consent, and supervise the learning relationship. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without parental/guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without such consent, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to support you as a prospective or active student and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see “Your rights” and our Data Deletion page).

7. Data security

Your information is handled within reputable, access-controlled platforms (Google Workspace, Vercel, Meta/WhatsApp) that use encryption in transit and at rest. We limit access to authorised use only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete your information (subject to any legal retention requirement); or
  • stop contacting you, including on WhatsApp.

To exercise any of these, email info@theaiglobalinstitute.com or message us on WhatsApp. See also our Data Deletion page.

9. International learners

We teach students worldwide. Your information may be processed on servers operated by our providers in other countries. By using our service you consent to this processing, handled under the safeguards described above.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be reflected here.
