Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how fees, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work at The AI Global Institute. We keep it simple and fair, because trust matters more to us than any single payment. Specific terms for your program are confirmed in writing when you enroll, and those agreed terms apply alongside this policy.

1. Try before you pay — free demo

Every prospective student is offered a free demo class and consultation before paying anything. There is no charge and no obligation — this is the best way to decide if we're the right fit for you.

2. Fees

We don't publish fixed prices because plans are tailored to each learner's goals, level and schedule. Your fee, payment schedule and what's included are agreed with you directly before classes begin, and flexible options may be available.

3. Rescheduling classes

  • Need to move a session? Just let us know with reasonable notice (we suggest at least 12 hourswhere possible) and we'll do our best to find a new time.
  • Because sessions are live and 1-on-1 or small-group, repeated last-minute no-shows without notice may be treated as a delivered session.
  • If weever need to reschedule, you'll get a replacement session at no extra cost.

4. Cancellations & refunds

  • Before classes start:if you cancel before your first paid session, any advance fee you've paid is refundable, minus any payment-processing charges actually incurred.
  • After classes start:fees for sessions already delivered (and for materials or recordings already provided) are non-refundable. For any unused, prepaid sessions, we'll discuss a fair pro-rata refund or credit in line with your enrollment agreement.
  • Not satisfied?If something isn't working for you, please tell us early — we genuinely want to make it right, whether that means adjusting the plan, changing pace, or arranging a fair resolution.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

6. Processing time

We respond to refund/cancellation requests promptly and process approved refunds within 7–14 business days, to the original payment method where possible.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
